Commercial Electronic Message Consent

Introduction

This text explains the scope of your consent to commercial electronic messages sent by Blesyum Yazılım ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. (the "Company"), pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce ("Law No. 6563") and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

1. Scope of Consent

If you give consent to commercial electronic messages, the Company may send messages relating to its services for the purposes of promotion, campaigns, discounts, newsletters, event invitations, greetings, surveys and satisfaction measurement, to the contact details you provide, through e-mail, SMS/MMS, telephone calls and online messaging channels.

Your consent also covers the processing of your contact details by the Company for this purpose and their sharing with the technical infrastructure providers used to send the messages (e-mail/SMS delivery platforms, the Message Management System). 2. Cases Where Consent Is Not Required

Under the Regulation, no consent is required for the following messages:

• Information, change and usage messages within an ongoing service relationship (e.g. contract, appointment, invoice and payment notifications)

• Commercial electronic messages sent to the electronic contact addresses of recipients who are merchants or tradespeople (your right to opt out is reserved)

• Notifications that are mandatory under the applicable legislation

3. Message Management System (İYS)

Consents and opt-out notices may be recorded on the Message Management System as required by legislation. You can also view and manage your consent through iys.org.tr.

4. Right to Opt Out

Even if you have given consent, you may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time and without giving any reason:

• by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail sent

• by using the opt-out method stated in SMS messages

• by notifying hello@bimarka.com

• through İYS (iys.org.tr)

Your opt-out notice is actioned within 3 (three) business days of reaching us at the latest, and message delivery is stopped. An opt-out notice does not affect the lawfulness of messages sent up to that date.

5. Declaration of Consent

By ticking the commercial electronic message consent box on a form on the Website, or by making an express declaration to that effect, you are deemed to have given prior informed consent for the commercial electronic messages described above to be sent by the Company to the contact details you have provided.
